When I walked across campus this morning from the parking lot to the library building I passed an Evergreen employee operating a garbage truck behind the CAB and two employees smoking outside the first floor of the library.  Three hours later I come back from going to the bank and take the same route across campus and encounter the same three people doing the exact same three things!
